1. Digital Products and Courses
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to online courses, downloadable guides, checklists, and videos) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions (if applicable)
In rare cases, we may offer a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
• You accidentally purchased the same product twice (duplicate payment).
• You were unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please email us at doula@birthmiracles.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in a ban from future purchases.
